What has happened to my garage door operator?

Operators are very reliable, they work by ‘automating’ the doors original door opening mechanism.

In the event of a power failure you can revert the door back to manual operation to gain access.

Automatic Operators do not live for ever though, and can benefit from servicing every couple of years.

Automatic Operators can fail due for lots of reasons such as issues with electronics failing, mechanical failure and/ or wear and tear, we can help you with any of these issues and many others. Sometimes the problem can be with the door mechanism rather than the actual Automatic Operator, we can also fix these issues.
